oü scaleter is a company which started in 2016, establishing a contemporary and effective terrazzo concrete plant in otepää. our main activity is producing terrazzo concrete stairway elements. in addition to stairway elements we also produce other architectural concrete elements, such as wall elements from polished or washed concrete, and balcony elements from washed concrete. we also offer terrazzo concrete step plates for covering existing stairways. element production is scheduled to begin in june 2017.
