o.b. training & sports performance opened in december 2011 and for the last 2 years has been working to bring revolutionary fitness ideas to local residents and area athletes. we began with one coach, zero clients, and a whole lot of ambition for fitness and improving athletic ability. now, we are a fully functional training business attempting to change the lives of our clients through fitness and sports performance training each week. we believe that deep down there is an athlete in all of us, no matter your age, and we train each and everyone one of our clients to perform like athletes. we pick heavy things up! we run, jump, throw and everything in between to get the job done.
