dedicated user experience practitioner with a commitment to balancing customer goals, client requirements, employee needs and business objectives. i believe in servant leadership. i bring a multifaceted perspective to all engagements as someone who has worked full-time and as a freelancer for agencies and the client-side. i began as a programmer working for big spaceship, but was unhappy coding in dark, windowless rooms. i love people--ux design was a much better fit. i transitioned my career to digital strategy and experience design with a specialization in e-commerce retail. i've worked with such clients as johnson & johnson, google, smirnoff, microsoft, polo ralph lauren, samsung, and mcdonalds. i was the director of user experience at click 3x, where i oversaw the integration of ux into the digital production for the web and mobile. specialties: responsive design is here! i'm excited to work with this new process. and, i love collaboration--both with clients and coworkers.
