o'brien engineering, inc. is an engineering firm located in north texas. we were established in 1987 as a specialty firm providing hydraulic/hydrologic modeling and analysis. we remain true to this core competency including dam and levee safety while diversifying with complementary disciplines including general civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural engineering, environmental, permitting, and other support services to best serve our clients: survey management, cmt management, program management, architecture, etc. a certified service disabled veteran owned small business (sdvosb) and state of texas hub firm, many of our project locations are within the dallas/fort worth metroplex with an increasing number and percentage in the neighboring states. our work and clients are diversified; we serve federal, municipal, state, other a/e firms, and private individuals. having recently won two 5-year idiq/matoc prime contracts with the fort worth district of the arm
