büro ö-quadrat was founded in 1999 as a consulting office specialising in energy economics and energy policy. since then, we have successfully completed over 100 projects and studies. büro ö-quadrat is an economically and politically independent consulting office with a focus on projects that integrate ecological, economical and technical aspects. we collaborate with notable institutes and organizations such as the german federal ministry for the environment, wuppertal institute, german energy agency (dena), international solar energy society (ises), öko-institute, international council for local environmental initiatives (iclei), climate alliance/ alianza del clima e.v., and unep centre on sustainable consumption and production.
