officerentinfo.com is the first independent office search network in europe. our group by designing and developing the first independent office search network aimed to create an intelligent online communication platform which ensures a more focused and more continuous communication for the landlords and lessors of the office buildings. our goal is to shorten the route between office searcher and office owner in the most effective and comprehensive way. it all started with a building to be rented, not located in the best location, during the economic crisis. and then we realized that the best way for owners to meet possible tenants was giving full access of buildings data and additional amenities to the entire real estate market. then we have decided to create a real estate platform, the first one dedicated exclusively to office buildings, independent from any real estate agents, where the offices will be presented at their best to meet future tenant’s requirements. we believe that with
