it has been called the “senior tsunami”, coming to the st louis area and around the country. it's caused by the rapid growth of our aging population over the next 5 years and beyond. along with this growth comes the need for suitable housing and home care services. one common concern for seniors continues to be in the area of mental health. the feeling of purpose and self-worth is a key to overall health and longer life. isolation and loneliness is a serious problem. we as a society can make a difference, simply by showing that we care. like all other areas of health care, the tsunami brings opportunity for organizations to provide solutions which contribute toward the mental health and well being of our aging population. our company is called one legacy®. we were formed with a passion for honoring seniors and their families. we do so by collecting stories that help make up a legacy, and document them for future generations. our program is called legacy sharing. 1. online for everyone
