design. development. we're interested in all kinds of practice. that's why we created overarch. architecture bridges disciplines, and an overarching practice model grants us many hats. the core of our business is fee design. overarch is an architecture firm. we accept commissions for architectural, interior and urban scale design, both commercial and residential. a second model is design build. we finance and construct architectural projects, again both commercial and residential. a third practice is development service. our office acts as project developer and contracts design services separately from its own production. a fourth is research. we actively pursue grants, fellowships and awards for topics including sustainability, technology and urban development. overarch seeks a creative approach based on collaboration, inventiveness and an open mind. each project offers an opportunity to conceptualize how design can help our clients achieve their goals. overarch principals evan jenkin
