overland oil & gas is a denver-based specialty oil and gas principal investor and asset manager. overland operates across the oil and gas value chain with a strict focus on pursuing opportunities that provide capital appreciation or strong yield driven returns on a risk adjusted basis. we limit our scope to opportunities where we feel we have asymmetric understanding or some other quantitative or qualitative edge. overland invests in multiple verticals with special attention to: high quality producing and non-producing mineral rights and royalty interests; and non-operated working interests through “drill-co” or other structures. overland’s entrepreneurial principals collectively possess 40+ years of diverse oil and gas experience with a special focus on acquisitions, dispositions, land/title, geosciences and private equity.
