owl vision llc hatched in june 2014 after its founder, david belogolovsky, decided to bring his intelligent lighting design expertise from las vegas back home to the san francisco bay area. david has had a lengthy history in the lighting and music industry. from the age of 18 years young, he was the top dj at santa clara university from 2009-2013, performing at all local bars and receiving bookings for greek, private, and university-sponsored events. after rapidly climbing the ranks of the san francisco music scene, david started a mobile lighting production company, providing club lighting for over 70% of san franciscan accounts. in the summer of 2013, david joined an elite team of lighting designers in las vegas, spending his nights operating at xs, tryst, hyde, tao and tao beach, cherry, lavo, and eventually became the production manager of marquee nightclub, ranked #1 in the nation for production. david has managed production and operated lights for the following artists in both la
