ocg started in 2001 when a need was discovered for senior level management in small, entrepreneurial companies that did not have the budget to retain such talent. we started by developing a strategy for a small family shoe care company, and in 4 years making it the major brand of shoe care, hydration and running accessories in the industry. since then, we have added additional services for helping european sports brands enter the usa market and "big pharma" and cpg brands looking to enter new channels of distribution. all engagements are on single or multiple day increments. ranging from 1 - 12 month contracts.
