we are an independent, non-profit corporation committed to small business and community development in oxford county. with financial assistance from the government of canada through the federal economic development agency for southern ontario, we offer a variety of products and services to promote small business growth and community economic development. contracted by the ministry of training, colleges and universities, we are also the service delivery provider for the ontario self-employment benefit program serving oxford county and the tillsonburg catchment area.
