project aim oxford co-operative training scheme is a not for profit organisation and was formed in 1985 by an oxfordshire inter-agency collaboration to provide transformative, quality, affordable training for staff working at the forefront of adult statutory and voluntary organisations who, are the first to engage with its service users. in 2019 management of the scheme was taken on by homeless oxfordshire and now sit within its reconnect projects, but retains independent status and continue delivering its aims and objectives as specified. objective • to expand the knowledge, expertise and skills of staff at the forefront of services, through increased awareness and understanding of the diverse needs and presentations of their service users • to expand the knowledge, expertise and skills of people with a general interest in complex mental health issues that affect the way people may think, behave and respond to everyday situations in a negative way. • to improve the experience of s
