we are a physician run, evidence based clinic treating lifestyle diseases through lifestyle interventions. lifestyle medicine focuses on the importance of what we eat, how we cook, how we exercise, and mindfulness in the overall health of an individual. these aspects of our daily health and wellbeing have long been neglected and are now recognized as playing a major role in shaping health and disease. it personalizes and presents a new outlook on our approach to treatment and ideally, prevention, of chronic disease. we have long said that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure, but never really acted on this in our daily diet or living. lifestyle medicine is slowly beginning to rectify this gap.
