Q-Monitor

q-monitor hosts audits, benchmarks and surveys, based on broadly accepted frameworks in many difforent areas: it service management, project and portfolio management, it security management and application management. benchmarks and audits in other areas are being developed. every consultancy can become a partner of q-monitor and use the different tools, provided they meet the criteria set by the framework author. we provide an online it governance dashboard and effective service improvement plans through our partners. our self assessments are easy, efficient and very effective. q-monitors flagship product is the itsmf-benchmark: the international standard for it performance metrics. these metrics are selected by at least 15 different dutch consultancies. (the itsmf benchmark is marketed as bp4all outside the netherlands).
