who we are: qadc is based in virginia beach, virginia, and we are a leading provider of general contracting services in southeast virginia and northern neck north carolina region. the organization is a fully qualified veteran, swam and dbe company and further a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor. we are experienced in all areas of construction, contract types, and contract management. over a quarter century of experience, talent, skill, technology and reputation defines qadc general contractors. qadc’s owner has a background that includes private and public construction projects worth over $2 million combined. qadc originally started, in 1998, as a home renovations company but quickly graduated to custom home construction company in 2005, a subcontractor on municipal and commercial projects, and then a prime contractor on municipal and commercial construction projects.
