establishment: qader was founded in july 2008 through a joint and collaborative effort of a group of palestinian professionals who have remarkable experiences in field related to development, disability, health, and rehabilitation. identity: qader is an independent palestinian non-governmental and not-for-profit organization. as a civil society organization, it is independent of any political belief, economic interest or religion. thus, qader does not discriminate against gender, religion, political views, or color. governance: the governance structure of qader is based on its legal status under charitable societies & non-profit organizations act # 1 – 2000. the governance consists of a general assembly (ga) and board of directors (bd). the two hierarchies represent the legal and moral custodians of qader, and obviously they play a key role in this area and ensure that the organization they belong to is transparent and demonstrate high standards of performance and effectiveness. approa
