m/s qadri noori enterprises produces more than 2000 mt per month of wide range of high quality aluminum alloyed ingots with following grades to local and international companies: adc12, adc6, ac8a, ac4h, ac4b, ac2b, lm13, lm6, hd2, hd1.1, hd2bs1, hs1s and als112cu etc. etc. the production of ingots is based on conversion of scrap metal. in addition to these alloys, we are capable of producing other grades and ensure international standards to meet specifications provided to us by our valued customers. ingots are homogenized at different temperatures depending on the alloy. these ingots are stacked on wooden bars and secured with 5 – 8 plastic bands. we also produce aluminum non-alloyed and alloyed engineering components: 1) high-pressure die casting components (from hd2g & adc12 alloys) 2) extruded components (from 6061 & 6063 alloys) 3) automobile pistons (from ac8a, lm13 & adc6 alloys) 4) tyre rims (from ac4h4 alloy) in addition to these alloys, we are capable of producing other
