Qatar Cultural and Heritage Events Center

the qatar cultural and heritage events center (qchec) is affiliated to the ministry of culture and sports. the center is responsible for all national cultural and heritage events and celebrations in qatar and other arab and foreign countries, participation in cultural and heritage events held by other countries in qatar, as well as any other function related to cultural and heritage events and celebrations that are approved by the ministry qchec also aims at developing youth skills and raise their awareness on the importance of new mass media. while supporting young people and developing their skills in using communication tools to connect with their society qchec is dedicated to meet the aspirations of the youth, instill the sense of community in them, and create a space for those interested in modern media to develop their technical and creative capabilities.
