درباره سازمان نظام صنفی رایانه ای سازمان نظام صنفی رایانه ای به عنوان بزرگترین تشکل مردم نهاد حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، از تیرماه سال 1384 براساس قانون حمایت از پدیدآورندگان نرم افزار (مصوب 1379/10/4 مجلس شورای اسلامی) و آیین نامه مصوب هیات وزیران (مصوب1383/4/24) فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده است. هدف و ماموریت این سازمان، تنظیم مناسبات بخش خصوصی و دولت در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مشارکت موثر در ساماندهی امور تجاری رایانه ای است. تا به امروز سازمان نظام صنفی رایانه ای در 29 استان کشور تشکیل شده است. در حال حاضر سازمان نظام صنفی رایانه ای به عنوان حافظ منافع بخش خصوصی، به عنوان بازوی مشورتی دولت و حاکمیت درسطوح کلان و سیاست گذار حوزه فناوری اطلاعات وارتباطات، نقش و جایگاه تعیین کننده ای دارد. ارتباط مستمر و تنگاتنگ مدیران این سازمان از یک سو با فعالان خصوصی حوزه رایانه و از سوی دیگر با بدنه دولت طی سال های اخیر موجب شده، تا ضمن به روزآوری قوانین ict، بخش خصوصی بتواند ضمن حل مشکلات تجاری خود ، در اتخاذ تصمیم های دولت در حوزه فاوا تاثیر گذار باشد.
