qiqo – key worker co-living is a social impact venture founded upon an intersection between affordable housing, shared-living and hospitality. qiqo aims to be the first national brand for key worker accommodation by delivering affordable housing in price-pressured housing markets to address the wider structural and societal issues which arise when doctors, teachers and the frontline emergency services are unable to live among the communities they serve. qiqo partners with residential developers to incorporate key worker flat shares as part of their affordable housing offer. qiqo also works with hospitality brands to deliver key worker accommodation alongside newly built hotels, hostels and serviced apartments and derive the operational economies of scale of doing so.
