qlaudit -quality lean audit- has three strongholds: "define", "compare" and "improve". qlaudit looks beyond the financial audit of a company. it draws a picture of both the efficacy of the production process and management of a company. qlaudit is a young, dynamic innovation internship founded by six industrial engineer students from leuven. it uses a successful auditmatrix to judge the company on the different aspects of: people, leadership, partnership, health & safety, manufacturing & processes, materials & equipment, logistics and quality. different companies from within the same sector are evaluated and compared with each other using a standardized, sector-updated question matrix. benchmarking allows a company to face his strengths and weaknesses compared to their competitors. the scoring of the different aspects is done exclusively by scan experts from qlaudit. this way an objective, calibrated quotation is achieved. we strive to be the benchmark for leadership scans in western e
