qm nexus is a user-configurable dimensional measurement data collection software. qm nexus software is able to collect measurement information from devices such as, but not limited to; probes, lasers, digital indicators, and camera/vision systems. it then presents the data in a human readable format, to quickly determine good/bad manufactured parts based on tolerances entered in software. the software will work in conjunction with a calibrated/dimensionally accurate checking fixture equipped with the mentioned dimensional measurement devices, which it will communicate with via tcp or serial communication. data can be stored by serial number, time/date, or a manually entered value, and will be exported into user-specified formats (comma separated values (*.csv), dimensional measurement output (*.dmo)), and can be appended to a master measurement record.
