Qok Music

qok (queens over kings) is a five member band from ashburn, virginia whose alternative sound comes from a mix of multi-generational musical styles and interests. qok enjoys being involved in the community and raising awareness of topics close to their hearts. the band currently works with local organizations such as usa cares and fishingcommunity.org who represent the military community and advocate for mental health awareness, both topics which inspired their original song “unknown soldier”. in the past they have shared their music and talents with loudoun county public schools to support suicide prevention. as they write new music and continue their 2017 tour, qok hopes to keep building relationships that promote music influenced by their community. their debut ep was released june 2017 and will be available online august 2017.
