quad collaborative partners with college communities to collaborate on effective means to achieve goals through business process improvements, change management, and when appropriate, the implementation of technology. while working on projects at almost 400 unique schools, we have experienced recurring themes that have held schools back from effectively achieving their goals. we want to take our knowledge and work collaboratively with schools to review, refine, and ensure success against their unique goals. having worked for two decades toward the advancement of technology in education, we are passionate about student success and constant improvement across education. over time, we have had many recurring experiences where an institution was pressing forward with technological change when there were foundational issues that should have been addressed as a priority. in other instances, the community may not have been sufficiently prepared for the change. this "cart bef
