we provide tailor-made training schedules to athletes worldwide and help them achieve their personal goals, through guidance, motivation and mentoring. we use all possible ways of communication to stay connected to our athletes. our approach is data-driven but we still rely on the human factor to create, adjust and adapt the best possible training schedules to suit the needs and wants of each athlete individual. we also help out local companies to improve the overall fitness and health of their employees by conduction group sessions in which the approach becomes more personal for each and every individual while maintaining the corporate views and values. the independence pacers running club colombo is guided by our founder and head coach. we proud ourselves that our founder and head coach has 40 years of experience as a runner and 30 years as a trained and certified coach.
