qualigene promotes quality in molecular genetic testing by providing external proficiency testing (pt) schemes to participating laboratories. additionally, we offer our dna sample collection as a source of positive controls, thus providing a one stop shop for laboratory quality assurance. qualigene’s establishment was inspired by the israeli ministry of health and our colleagues in the sheba medical center. our pt schemes include technique-specific tests (qf-pcr, sanger sequencing, pgd, ngs and mlpa) and disease-specific tests. our constantly enlarging sample collection is characterized for mutations in a variety of ethnicities for more details please contact simone gil - simone@qualigene.co.il
