quality appraisals is a full service appraisal company specialized in both commercial and residential appraisals. our areas of expertise ranges from chase in the west to the alberta border in the east, and from the north end of shuswap lake to armstrong in the south. our geographical location however is not limited to these areas as we have worked in areas as far as north as prince george, west to cache creek and south to the us border. the various types of appraisal services we provide include but are not limited to: residential, commercial, agricultural, as well as fire insurance and income tax purpose valuations.
