quality center for academic advising and translation (qcaat) is a registered center in the state of qatar. we are specialized in helping students to study abroad by providing professional advisory services and placement services at the best language schools and university programs in many countries, like the uk, usa, canada, australia, new zealand, ireland, malaysia, morocco and azerbaijan. other services include providing accredited training programs in the uk and qatar for individuals and groups as outlined in this manual. we also work with uk-based partners to establish and reform educational institutions by exporting british education systems overseas through expert advice and consultancy services to investors in education (please consult the school services manual for full details). qcaat also provides translation services from english into arabic and vice versa, evaluation of academic certificates and assistance with study visas.
