quality care partners (qcp) is a physician-hospital organization (pho) with coverage across ohio and bordering states. we focus on getting market-favorable discounts from providers and make them available to groups - large and small - to save the employer money on their health spend while providing high value services to participants. qcp has successfully helped employers decrease their health and pharmacy spend for 25 years. in addition to our provider network, we provide pre-certification for services through our urac accredited utilization management program. our team of registered nurses support participants through case management services, also urac approved. they are experts at connecting the dots for their clients - making sure they have what they need and the resources necessary for a positive outcome. we have disease management services that allow a participant with a chronic disease to learn more about the disease and how to manage it resulting in fewer er visits, sh
