quanta was founded by justus hausiku and johan barnard, who are both passionate about building up a namibian insurance company with a very strong international network of resources and capacity, and about creating an environment for talented and passionate namibians in which their potential, creativity and passion can thrive. with the aid of these talented individuals, combined with our international exposure, we are able to provide affordable insurance products suited to the specific needs of the country. in order to achieve this goal in a country that stretches over 3 000 km from north to south and 600 km from east to west, with a population of under 2,4 million, it is essential to back the broker model, and develop a business model to support the broker fraternity. vision our vision is to apply our passion in building up a local insurance company around talented individuals, in an environment where they can thrive and live their dreams in namibia. mission we employ and utili
