who we are qts is incepted from quantalogi solutions (http://qtsin.com ) under same management body. quantalogi solutions is operational for last three years doing consultancy on ca products in smaller scale. qts is an initaitive to address bigger segment.. our vision is to leverage our rational solution in the vast domain of it governance. currently we do consulting in a niche sector called it service management (itsm) & it service assurance (itsa). what we do our services encompass wide spectrum of itsm & itsa domain with cots. we are currently involved in automation, integration, migration, and consulting on ca suite of products specially for itsm & itsa vertical. we also develop custom applications or plugins for ca products. these custom solutions are configurable and communicate with respective ca products in loosely coupled manner assuring less dependency but high interoperability and great deal of usability our expertise in ca software consulting we implement itsm & itsa suite
