we are consultancy providing quantity surveying, commercial management and project management services to the construction industry including the hospitality and leisure sector. we will shortly be launching the construction commercial advice service (ccas) with the aim of providing flexible commercial support for those businesses operating within the construction industry that have limited experience or knowledge of commercial matters / processes and have a desire to ensure that they are protecting their financial interests and fulfilling their commercial obligations in line with contractual and statutory requirements. commercial support offered can range from simply explaining commercial processes and introducing standard documents which support these processes to fully handling all commercial matters on a project on behalf of our client.
