• manage the sales team, portfolio managers and back office staff across all functions of the business • conduct risk management efforts to comply with margin requirements of the firm • analyze performance metrics on all positions within portfolios of various asset classes and ensure a precise reporting process • audit firm general ledger, implement cash management strategies, forecast earnings and free cash flows • prepare the firm to meet and exceed compliance standards and validated the annual audit process • instruct and provide support to employees on platform technology, products, and business strategy • coordinate efforts to market the product line to clearing firms, advisors, brokers, and institutional investors
