Quaranteatro

quaranteatro is a non-profit organization that aims to make theatre teaching accessible at a click of a button to everyone especially filipinos, as well as become a place for theatre opportunities either within or outside quaranteatro. established in 2020 alongside upd theatre students including missy alleah and alta cervo, quaranteatro (while not a university-organization) has produced countless productions, educational content and a discord community where everybody who is interested in theatre is allowed to join. their mission of being an avenue for philippine performing arts and producing educational content originated in the context of the 2020 covid pandemic and the quarantine lockdowns. even in the name there is a trace of where they came from and that is 'quarantine-theatre' (quaranteatro) but as the world moves on so does quaranteatro. the organization is expanding and growing, not afraid of failure or new challenges, not afraid to speak out or to produce new content. for in
