quartered is a hospitality marketplace connecting hotels and guests by the hour. guests book hotels for 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours and choose their check-in time. guests are often frustrated by the standard check-in and check-out policies in hotels and their non-adoption of a pay-per-use model which is now being adopted in other sectors. on the other hand, hotels have been unwilling to meet guests’ unwavering demand for flexibility and value for money despite the struggle to regularly optimize their room revenue. we want to make headway in how guests book and live in hotels by giving them the liberty to only pay for the hours they want to stay while checking in and out at their convenience. hotels also now have a great opportunity to maintain a regular high level of room occupancy and ultimately optimize their room revenue by embracing this paradigm shift. we firmly believe what’s obtainable in hospitality today, will greatly evolve in the coming years. we are inspired to build a belo
