Queen Kat Designs

my name is vicki douglas a.k.a. queen kat. i have been stamping and card making for about 18 years. queen kat designs has been in the making since about 1998. i have always wanted to own my own stamp store... little did i know, i would some day, not only own a stamp store, but own my own stamp line! my grandmother, beverly douglas (a.k.a. sierragrannie) has taught me a lot beginning with how to properly ink a stamp to different techniques and ideas. when i started, there were not a lot of stamp companies out there and i remember the stamps being very "cutsy-country bumpkin", this is not my style and i knew it at the time. i wanted something more cute/fun rather than country. the industry seems to be going towards a contemporary "doodled-ornate", which at the moment, i love! queen kat designs has a very versatile look. we try to have designs for everyone's tastes. my grandmother, "sg" is also a designer for queen kat designs. she has some amazing drawing talent. our first designs were r
