queen square private healthcare is a trading name of qs enterprises ltd, an independent healthcare provider, based in queen square in central london. qse operates two private mri scanning facilities; the queen square imaging centre, a state of the art mri scanning facility based queen square with close links to the national hospital for neurology and neurosurgery, and the heart hospital imaging centre, a clinical and research cardiac mri unit on westmoreland street. in 2011, qse also opened the queen square private consulting rooms in order to create a truly 'one stop'​ service for those patients referred to queen square for specialist consultation, diagnostic tests and treatment. queen square enterprises is wholly owned by the charity of the uclh nhs trust, and is a not for profit organisation. since 1985, more than £25million pound has been donated to the trust, money which has been used to fund a number of service developments which otherwise, may not have been possible.
