todd ballowe: local singer/songwriter (doesn’t that sound pretentious? i’m just a guy with a guitar) and musician for reno, sparks, and all of northern nevada live acoustic rock new age jazz and anything else i can think of… original, current, and instrumental music. hey y’all! i know this is dating myself, but i’ve been playing guitar for 38 years, since i was a little tyke of 5. as a teenager in the 80′s, i will always be a shredder at heart, but since then my musical influences have changed enough that i play acoustic about 90% of the time. to get an idea of my style, these influences start with michael hedges, don ross, butch walker and the indigo girls and move on to pantera, jeff buckley, and miles davis. hopefully i mesh these in a way that you’ll like!
