housebuilding company. currently specialising on bespoke projects working as a main contractor in west lochaber. we can offer a full project management or main contractor service & are registered with premier guarantee to provide a 10 year new house build warranty. in 2008 we won the premier guarantee award for environment & conservation on our first development at mingarry, moidart. we are currently building at resipole, loch sunart & expect to announce a new contract award imminently. we are seeking to expand operations in 2011 in a controlled manner without recourse to any bank funding, and our aim is to build only 2-3 new homes per year for the next coupe of years. we have suspended all speculative property development work due to the credit crunch & will review this suspension next year.(the company was set up to specialise on small developments).
