s. harris ltd. specializes in the diagnostics of and intervention in the problems associated with aging buildings. many of our clients are custodians of historically significant properties; some of the buildings are simply old; some are young buildings but with problems. we are architects, engineers, and preservation specialists with a practice concentrated primarily in the mid-atlantic region but with clients in nevis, st. croix, bermuda, puerto rico, mississippi, south carolina, indiana, ohio, and nebraska.
