we are a property preservation business that services the following counties in nc: mecklenburg, gaston, lincoln, cabarrus, iredell, rowan, and cleveland. we do travel outside these areas for a negotiated trip charge and if the property is within 2 hours traveling distance. we carry general liability, errors & omissions, and workers compensation insurance. we perform the following preservation services: initial and vacant inspections initial securing (lock change/lockbox/padlocks) evictions debris removals shrub/tree trimming & tree removal gutter cleaning sales cleans or wipedowns broom swept condition winterizations (wet and dry) capping water lines and exposed wires install dryer vent cover mold and mildew remediation - minor (bleach/kilz) window reglazing boarding carpet removal hand rail repairs minor repairs roof tarping marketing signage posting smoke detector and carbon monoxide installation we have worked on house rehabs - getting them ready for rent by completing the n
