s2 enterprises was founded in 2011 as an owner’s representation and project management firm specializing in healthcare construction. believing that there was a better way to deliver construction projects, amy staudinger, built s2 on the premise that collaboration, cooperation and team approach provides a better experience and outcome for clients. our firm consists of project managers with technical and practical experience including:  architectural design education  electrical design education and experience  construction project management – general contractor and owner experience  medical equipment planning/coordination  move coordination and building loading our team is extremely detailed oriented and thoroughly understands the design and construction process and how to integrate.
