15 years ago i crossed the threshold from good to poor health. it's no coincidence that it coincided with the timing of my decision to taste entrepreneurship, which i did through creating many businesses and brands. ironically, my projects inspired others to take on awesome adventures in fitness, either through my tv show search4hurt, or reading my publications wod magazine, search4hurt magazine and obstacle racing magazine, or taking on one of my many event brands. sadly, i took on obesity, diabetes and ultimately cancer. all lifestyle diseases, all totally avoidable. s4h is my mission ... my mission to combine all the things in my wheelhouse to inspire aussie's to be better ... especially when it comes to health.
