s&r engineering and construction was founded in september 2015 by shaun finnigan and russell weekley. after several years in the construction industry working for tier 1 and 2 companies russell and shaun decided to branch out and develop their own engineering and construction company. we aim to offer our clients value for money by providing a high level of service and experience and to exceed the requirements of the individual project. s&r director shaun, has 15 years plus in the civil construction industry as a supervisor and has very recent experience with goulburn murray water with similar pipeline installations. s&r’s other director russell, a project manager/civil engineer, has 10 plus years’ experience in the water infrastructure industry and has worked on a range of large complex water projects. s&r has delivered pipelines (dn 630 through to dn 50), on farm risers, d&s with pump set up, gravity pipelines with channel off take, pressure pipelines and channel construction for tr
