SDG Society

the sdg society project, partially funded by the us department of state as a part of the yes alumni grants, and supported by american councils of international education and afs intercultural programs india, focuses on raising awareness and inducing action among students regarding the sustainable development goals (sdgs) which are spearheaded by the united nations. in consultation with educationists, we design, develop and carry out training modules and workshops on the sustainable development goals (sdgs) for the school students. our modules focus on incorporating sustainable practices in day-to-day lives. as a part of our long term strategy, we are looking towards creating a culture of youth engagement in sustainable developmental across india. we hold classroom awareness campaigns aided by interactive modules and fun games. we also help organize small community meetings in localities to share ideas, evaluate their viability and help achieve global goals through solving local problem
