sdl was originally established in 2004, carrying out site clearance for developers, local authorities and managing the woodland for estates, parks and gardens. it quickly became apparent that there was a market for the wood waste, so as the demand for the production and supply of wood chip grew so did our capabilities. our extensive in house facilities mean that we are not reliant on contractors for any part of the process giving us a unique edge and competitive pricing. all of our wood chip fuel is produced from virgin timber sourced direct from woodlands. as reliable, quality producer of all grades of woodchip, we are quickly establishing ourselves as leading supplier of biomass fuel services include: • forestry/woodland management • site clearance of wood/vegetation for developers, councils, highways, waterways, rail • clearance and collection service to tree surgeons and contractors • on site processing of clients own timber • production and supply of all grades of
