i specialise in white collar roles, primarily to main contractor and sub-contractor including mechanical and electrical. i work to find suitable individuals with a good skill set and stable career history. i work with them to target specific companies they have an interest in or that would be a step in the right direction for them. i'm looking to work with them based on their preferences, trying to avoid "shoe horning" them in to a role. this means i need more than just basic information. i know that sounds like everyone's aim, but in my experience it doesn't happen often enough.
