Bizcalc

bizcalc (originally business start consulting) was developed to assist people who want to start or invest in a new business but don't know how to test and research the idea to check for viability. bizcalc was founded from research performed for a masters of entrepreneurship by one of the directors who discovered 67% of new zealand business owners surveyed didn’t undergo a form of feasibility analysis prior to investment. further information obtained showed a serious gap in the knowledge of business owners and investors of what a feasibility analysis was. research was then undertaken to develop a feasibility analysis model complex enough to provide financial and market information but generic enough to be useful for any business type. the underlying philosophy in development of the feasibility model is to provide potential business buyers, investors and entrepreneurs with additional information to help guide the process. try out the business testing tool yourself at: www.bizcalc.co.nz
