sgbg is a mother-son team building luxury pret womenswear through our roots as a 10-year-strong indian heritage hand-loom label. bindu giri and the master weavers, artisans, and craftsmen she works with have won & been nominated for a number of national awards over the years. our goal as sgbg is to elevate that level of artisanship to a global audience via contemporary silhouettes, a darker conceptual aesthetic, and an attention to the highest quality ethical fabrics & details. we have over 40 hand-looms across india, and work directly with our weavers to create an sustainable, clean supply chain. heritage handloom like hip-hop sampling; reverence without regression.
